All products sold here are digital files (PDF, EPUB, or image collections). Nothing is shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link by email and on your order status page.
Payment is made via Zelle, a direct bank-to-bank transfer. There is no separate account or password required. After confirming your order, you'll receive exact payment instructions with your unique order code — please include that code in your Zelle memo so your payment can be matched to your order quickly.
Most orders are confirmed and unlocked within one business day of payment. You'll receive an email the moment your download is ready.
Because these are digital products delivered instantly upon confirmation, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If you haven't yet downloaded your files and would like a refund, email steward@zoelifemedia.com within 7 days of your order and we'll make it right.
