When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, the product you purchased, and the amount paid. If you opt in to updates, we also store your email and name in our subscriber list. We record the IP address and timestamp associated with that opt-in as a record of consent — nothing more.
We never see or store your bank account, card, or Zelle login details. Payment happens directly through your bank's Zelle service; we only see that a payment arrived, matched by the order code you include.
Your order information is used solely to deliver the files you purchased and to keep accurate records for ZOE LIFE Trust. If you've opted in, we may email you about new releases from ZOE LIFE Media. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside ZOE LIFE Trust.
Every email we send about new releases includes a one-click unsubscribe link, honored immediately. To have your order or subscriber information corrected or removed entirely, email steward@zoelifemedia.com.
All information is stored on infrastructure operated for ZOE LIFE Trust — it is not handed to a third-party marketing platform or payment processor.
